Again in 2012, Fatima Sana Shaikh returned to the film industry and has acted in the film Bittoo Boss and in 2013, she has acted in a romantic film Akaash Vani.

She has come into the limelight after she has done the blockbuster and inspirational movie Dangal in 2015, where she has played the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat’s (Aamir Khan) daughter Geeta Phogat. This film act as a kickstart for her acting career. In 2018, Fatima will act in the film Thugs Of Hindostan along with Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.
