Sapna Vyas Patel passes her early life in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She did her schooling from a local school and did her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College. Also, she has done full-time MBA from Institute of Management, Nirma University. Patel has also done a PhD degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics.
Earlier, she was a fat girl as she was not very health conscious. But after a lot of hard work and exercises, she becomes very fit and healthy. She loses almost 33 kgs. Sapna is an Instagram sensation because of her hot and fit body.
